Room to let Flinders Park

I have a room available in a four bedroom house midway between the city and the beach. We have good public transport as well as proximity to parks and the Torrens river. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is currently tenanted by three mature working males. I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean and responsible. We have shared facilities, including refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen utensils etc. Rent for the room is $110/week and is paid fortnightly in advance and a deposit equal to two weeks rent is required up front which will be returned at the end of the tenancy. We also have high speed broadband available for an additional cost of $30/month.

The room is furnished with a bed, built in cupboards, desk and chest of drawers and is available immediately. Parking is on street only.
