Aussie penthouse buyer gains access to trophy homes,
A rare “membership” offers access to luxurious trophy homes worldwide, included with a lavish Aussie penthouse currently for sale.
Kloud in Palm Beach is a new development featuring 23 residences, expected to set price records for the Queensland coastal suburb.
The future owner of the Kloud penthouse will receive a membership to a platform granting access to 18,000 properties.
This platform spans 100 countries and serves as a golden key to billions of dollars worth of vacation homes.
These homes are owned by other high-net-worth individuals, accessible wherever first-class travel may take them.
ThirdHome, a members-only home exchange club, has partnered with Graya, the developer of Kloud Palm Beach, marking an Australian first.
The Kloud penthouse is truly exceptional, boasting 507 square meters of dual-storey luxury in the sky.
It features an ocean-view terrace, indoor steam room, fire pit, spa, and a stunning pool.
When the buyer chooses to travel, they can enjoy similar luxury from ThirdHome’s impressive $27 billion portfolio.
Graya’s associate director, Shaun Mets, stated that the membership offers “access to a curated selection of premier global homes.”
This enriches the buyer’s lifestyle beyond the stunning locale of Palm Beach.
Currently, only seven residences remain from the 23 under construction at Kloud, located in the Gold Coast suburb.
The penthouse and sub-penthouse have just been released to the market for prospective buyers.
The most notable resident is Grand Slam champion Ash Barty, who purchased a unit in Kloud this past March.
She is a friend of Graya and has been following their projects for some time, according to the company’s confirmation.
Kloud’s marketing agent, Jamie-Lee Edwards, director of JLE Projects, noted that homeowners in this price range seek flexibility.

“Today’s luxury buyers are seeking ways to maximize the use of their second homes and vacation properties,” Edwards explained.
“They desire the freedom to explore the world without being restricted to a single location year after year.”
Rob Gray, founder of Graya, recently sold his family home in Burleigh Heads, known as Dune, for a suburb record.
The buyer of this remarkable property is fitness mogul and online coach Adam Sullivan.
Gray noted that construction at Kloud has reached level three, with expectations to break price barriers in the postcode.
“We anticipate surpassing the highest sale in the suburb with this project,” he said confidently.
“The product definitely warrants such an achievement.”
