The median price for a four-bedroom home in Cowes is $817,000, while a five-bedroom home costs $1.09 million.
Most properties featured this season on The Block are five-bedroom homes, except for houses 1 and 2, which are four-bedroom.
Despite this difference in size, all the homes are selling with a price guide ranging from $1.7 million to $1.85 million.

Ricky and Haydn are marketing House 3 through Ray White Sunbury, with Aaron Hill, Amber Formosa, and Jon Taylor leading the campaign.
Aaron Hill has a track record of success, with previous wins for Omar and Oz in 2022 and Steph and Gian in 2023.
For House 4, Kylie and Brad have secured local agent Chris Price from Alex Scott & Staff Phillip Island, along with Josh Stirling from McGrath.
