Man uses quirky strategy to sell house,
A real estate agent’s unique selling strategy has been drawing significant attention from prospective buyers recently.
The agent, Jonathan Benton, is currently marketing a house in New Hampshire using inflatable dinosaurs as part of his strategy.
This three-bedroom timber house is listed at $590,000 USD, which is approximately $881,000 AUD.
Benton believes that staging the property with these whimsical dinosaurs will make it more memorable and distinctive in the market.
A group of three orange dinosaurs is seen engaging in various playful activities around the house.
They are playing backyard cricket, swinging on a tire, baking cookies, and napping comfortably on the couch.
“The kitchen is a T-Rexcellent space for any chef,” the listing states.
It features granite countertops, a central island, stainless steel appliances, and a bright dining area for gatherings.
With its beautiful natural surroundings and ample closet space, this home is indeed a rare find that won’t go extinct.
According to the Boston Globe, Benton’s longtime friend, Alex Newell, is the person wearing the dinosaur suit.
Notably, this isn’t the first occasion the agent has used dinosaur costumes to help sell a property.

Last month, he successfully sold another house in New Hampshire within just one week of the listing going live.
This achievement was largely due to his innovative and creative staging concept that caught buyers’ attention.
Benton, who enjoys participating in comedy clubs, believes that the real estate industry needs more humor to stay fresh.
He feels that injecting humor can prevent property listings from becoming overly repetitive and dull for potential buyers.
The homeowner, Sarah Rocca, is fully supportive of this creative initiative to enhance the selling process.
“I’m a very motivated seller,” she stated.
“When I asked, ‘Is there anything we can do to speed this up?’, we came up with a fun idea.”
The property previously sold for $376,000 USD, which is around $562,000 AUD, back in 2018.
